Absolutely not. Every BODYTONE program is tailored to your starting point, whether you're new to exercise or getting back into it after time away. I focus on building confidence and technique first, so you progress safely and effectively.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FREE CONSULTATION?
Your free consultation is a relaxed 30-minute chat where we talk about your goals, current fitness level, and lifestyle. It's a chance for us to see if we're the right fit for each other and to discuss how I can best help you move forward. There's no pressure—just an honest, helpful conversation.
HOW DOES YOUR ONLINE COACHING WORK?
Online coaching gives you the flexibility to train anytime, anywhere—with structure, support, and accountability from me. You'll receive a personalized program, weekly check-ins, and guidance to keep you consistent. I'll track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and help you stay on course to reach your goals.
DO I NEED EQUIPMENT OR A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
No gym membership required! Most of my training can be done at home or while traveling, using bodyweight exercises and simple household items. If you do have access to a gym, I can tailor your plan to include equipment there too.
WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?
That depends on your goals and consistency, but most clients notice improved strength, energy, and confidence within a few weeks. Many go on to achieve visible toning, better posture, and long-term fitness habits that last. My approach is designed to help you make steady, sustainable progress—no quick fixes, just real results.
